Service request information
200-amp landing page: optional automatic saving
On our 200-amp service-upgrade landing page, if you affirmatively agree to the adjacent consent statement and enter a complete phone number, information you have entered may be saved securely when you leave a field or complete the request, even if you do not press the final submit button. We use partially completed requests only to follow up about that specific upgrade inquiry. We do not treat partial requests as completed estimate submissions. If you do not agree, the page does not send partial contact information. You may call us instead. Short-term local records are retained for up to 30 days, while emails and resulting business records may be retained longer. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable.
Our website forms may collect your name, phone number, email, property address or ZIP, service details, timing and notes, depending on the form. The 200-amp landing page asks for phone, name and ZIP. Do not enter sensitive financial information.
Emails and use of information
Your request is emailed to our business and a transactional confirmation is sent to the email you provide. Replying to that email sends a message to our business. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to general promotional messages or confirm an appointment. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this service.
Technical information and storage
A first-party session cookie protects form submission. Limited hashed network and email identifiers are used to limit abusive submissions. Request copies are stored outside the public website for short-term delivery recovery, with a configured retention period of 30 days. Business emails and resulting job records may be retained longer for customer service, accounting and applicable obligations.
Campaign tags in a page URL may be included with a request to tell us which advertisement or page was used. We distinguish completed submissions from partial inquiries. The 200-amp landing page may use a Google Ads tag to measure visits and successfully submitted quote requests once tracking is enabled. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising measurement. Partially saved requests are not counted as completed form conversions. We do not intentionally send form fields such as phone number, name, or ZIP code as conversion event parameters. For information about Google’s data use and choices, see Google’s privacy information and ads settings.
Your choices
Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable. You can call or email directly instead of using a form. Do not submit someone else’s email address without permission.
